I just my braces today and my teeth look like half their size?
they were polishing my teeth n im scared like this made my teeth smaller but do the braces make my teeth look smaller and its just a optic illusion?
It just takes a few days to get used to them. They will feel big and heavy but it WILL go away I promise. It took me about a week to start to feel normal. I felt like the bracets took up my whole tooth too. It is all worth it in the end though so just look at the big picture. Trust me it is just you, no one else thinks they look any different. Good luck and hang in there cause it does get better!
