Is there a brace or something that can support my shoulder and that i can wear under my shoulder pads?
I’m coming back from a separated shoulder and should be cleared to play on Monday. Is there a brace or something i can wear to keep my shoulder from getting hurt again? I also would have to be able to wear it under my shoulder pads. thanks
If your not 100% sure about your shoulder, than don’t play. Try to do some drills during practice.
